I started Online Training with Jen in January and I absolutely love it, it’s the best decision I have made.

Online Training is perfect for me as I can workout at home when it suits me around work but I still get the support and guidance from Jen.

Before joining Embrace Fitness, I used another online fitness platform on and off but there was no personal touch and I didn't have the confidence or knowledge when it came to weight training.

The personal touch is what makes it for me and Jen is so supportive every step of the way and I feel healthier and stronger than ever before. I'm so happy with my progress so far and cannot wait to continue working with Jen so if you’re thinking of joining Embrace Fitness you will NOT regret it!

I cannot recommend Jen highly enough!

In 2018 I was very weak from illness/treatment and I struggled to do anything energetic. I joined Jen’s Online Training looking to improve my overall health and I am so glad I made this decision! After 12 weeks I have lost weight, lost inches off my body but more importantly I feel fitter, stronger both physically and mentally in such long, long, time.

If anyone is considering making changes to their lifestyle for the better, I would encourage you to contact Jen she is so encouraging, supportive, very knowledgeable and positive in what she does.

If you are of a maturer age don’t let that stop you either as I am 61 and I am not letting my age be a barrier to feeling younger and fitter. I can’t wait for the next 12 weeks!

What can I say other than I love, love, love training with Jen! For those who know me, exercise has never really been my thing, but Jen makes it interesting, varied and achievable. Jen pushes you enough to make you feel worked, but not to the point of you can’t move the next day. All done with such a lovely smiling manner.

I can now comfortably get in a size 12. A year ago, I was squeezing into a 14 and would never have worn shorts- I’m so pleased! This definitely wouldn’t have happened without Jen’s guidance and support. Give it a go with Jen, you may just surprise yourself too!

I went for it and I've not looked back! I've literally lost inches from my body, but most importantly I've regained confidence.

Jen looks at your nutrition and gives a guide for what you need to be eating to keep yourself fuelled and nothing is off the table, I can still eat chocolate etc but it's all balanced. The workouts can be done whenever you're able to and if anything feels tricky, you can simply ask Jen for advice and she's right there with another option.

I have absolutely loved training with Jen. She's very motivating and so understanding of people's needs and lifestyle. If you're undecided about training with Jen then just look at her results and have a chat with her to see how it could work for you.

I feel like a different person. I feel so much more confident and happier about myself! Jen is amazing! She has a genuine passion for fitness and wanting to help you reach your goals.

Before Embrace Fitness I felt I was in a rut, I wanted to lose weight and get fit but I lacked the motivation, discipline and confidence. I would not have been able to reach this stage without Jen by my side. It was hard to start with, but with Jen’s encouragement and my perseverance the hard work began to pay off and I began to see changes, which encouraged me to stick to the plan and see the benefits.

Jen is always so positive and encouraging and this has all resulted in me being able to enjoy my running and become a more confident, happier person.

She is there for you every day. For those that want to lose weight get stronger and feel better about themselves I would say take those steps and do it, you will not regret it. I joined Jen in March 2019, wanting to lose weight as I was a bridesmaid for my friends wedding. I didn't expect, over 3 years later to still be training with Jen, and absolutely loving every session.

It's not about weight loss for me anymore. Jen has totally changed my mindset. I don't train to "lose weight" I train with Jen because I enjoy pushing myself.

I enjoy all the knowledge Jen passes on, and I feel the strongest I've ever felt, both physically and mentally. I've always battled with my weight. I've tried so many diets, but I've never been consistent because I didn't actually enjoy the process, and always wanted a "quick fix”.

Training with Jen has made me realise nothing is a "quick fix". It's a lifestyle change that you must embrace and enjoy to make it consistent. I joined Jen in March as I had put on weight through lockdown and was struggling to focus on losing it.  I'd thought many times about joining but always thought "I don't have time" but as ever we can find time to do the things we really want to, I am so glad I did it’s a game changer, the support from Jen in and out of the gym is amazing she also helps you with nutrition it’s the full package, being part of the Embrace "family" you get good tips from other members too. The progress I've made in such a short time is so much more than I expected, weight loss, inch loss and strength in my whole body. I would recommend Jen to anyone its life changer.

Jen is hugely friendly and encouraging. I've always had a love/hate relationship with exercise, and my body, and now I'm middle aged and injury prone, and very anxious around exercising. Jen was recommended to me as someone who is really skilled. She helps me feel safe, encourages me, and pushes me to achieve my best.

Her online platform is brilliant, with Jen demoing the exercises really carefully (and well filmed!) with lots of options to make things easier or harder. she really focusses on form, and making sure everything is safe. this, coupled with the 1-1 goals and encouraging and excellent support (she emails, WhatsApps, suggests things and offers supportive cheerleading) there's no judgement but huge amounts of support and confidence building, encouraging strategies to problem solve barriers as well as motivation to achieve the workouts. The workouts are fun, manageable and you really can do it all in your bedroom with only a little bit of kit. I've not been weighing but have lost 10cm just from my hips, across the 6 week program, and I feel like a totally new person! (if you'd told me I'd be confidently waving weights in the air I'd have laughed!!).

I found out about Jen (Embrace Fitness) from a friend. I am so pleased that I did. It has been life enhancing and life changing.

I had been putting on weight over the last 10-15 years; the result of being generally less active, overeating and the menopause. I was the heaviest I had ever been. I kept trying to lose weight but just didn’t manage to. I felt tired, everything felt like an effort. I then ruptured my Achilles and things seemed to go even further downhill. I walked with a limp, just moving around the house felt like an effort, I ached all over and my self-confidence/image was at an all-time low. I felt I had no energy for either myself or others.

Contacting Jen was easy; plucking up the courage to go to my first one to one gym session was not – but I am so glad I did. From the first instance Jen was wonderful. I am sure she recognised my nerves and seemed to appreciate where I was ‘at’. I loved that first gym session.

Jen has an incredible knack of pitching things just right. That first time (and with all the others) I came away feeling understood, like I’d achieved something and a clear idea of what to do to change things, and most importantly for me, the feeling that I could change things, that it wasn’t too late or too difficult.

8 months on from that first session I have lost over 1 ½ stone. But this is just a small part of the story. I love the gym sessions; I am doing things I would have struggled to do in my 20s. With Jen’s help I have adjusted what I eat – looking at the calories and protein in food and drinking more water.

I suppose in some respects I knew this was what I ‘should’ be doing but Jen helped me to take responsibility for it and simplified things and made it achievable. I feel the best I have in such a long time.

My energy levels have increased. I am enjoying my gardening again and going for walks (without having to check out beforehand that it's not too difficult). I have confidence to do the simple things that I had stopped doing. It has impacted on all aspects of my life, including helping how I cope with an emotionally demanding job.

I can’t put my finger on what Jen ‘does’ to enable change. Jen just has a certain ‘magic’. She puts in 100 percent effort in encouraging and supporting you. Her knowledge is second to none and so everything she does feels tailor made for your needs.

Jen genuinely cares about your goals, and it feels like she is alongside you in reaching them, but she does this without taking away your personal responsibility for getting there.

Jen’s support is not just limited to the time spent in the gym. She encourages you to keep in touch with her during the week, sharing how your daily targets are going. Jen has helped adapt my daily physio regime so that it is doable every day. I am no longer walking with a limp! She also helps me keep track of my progress and focus on future goals - long and short term.

My friends and family have started to notice a difference and asked me what I have been doing, what is it that’s working. I don’t hesitate in replying that it's because I happened to be recommended Embrace Fitness and Jen. I am really thankful of that recommendation, so if I could do the same for someone else… I would truly recommend contacting Jen.

I am 58 now (how did that happen!!!). But I feel stronger than I did 20 years ago, I would always have grumbling back pain, knee pain general body aches and pains. I feel so much better, my body is so much happier, stronger and healthier. Initially my goals were all about weight loss. I did succeed in this but as time went on it changed and became more about being strong!

Building this strength has helped me with my other activities like getting out for a run most days along with an early morning dip in the lake. I mentally feel a different person!

I train in the gym twice a week with my gym buddy Kate, she’s amazing! I get fantastic encouragement from her, it’s such a happy atmosphere in the gym helping each other to the next level!

I can hardly believe how far we have come, it’s very empowering!!

Jen of course is BRILLIANT very professional, knowledgeable, and patient helping me believe in myself, she really wants me to succeed.

I initially contacted Jen as I finally had a bit of spare time, and wanted to feel fitter and ideally drop a dress size. Jen suggested trying the 6 week challenge online. I wasn’t sure I would have the discipline to do this on my own, but I had nothing to lose! I have no regrets!

I work full time, but fitting in the workouts is easy as I can do them at a time to suit me. If I’m running short on time I can just do part of the workout and still get some benefit. The regular online check ins are great and help you remember where you’re up to and what you want to achieve over the next few weeks. Jen is great at giving advice, with simple tips and ideas to achieve your goals. She’s also really motivating and good at showing how progress shows in areas other than just the number on the scales.

After my initial 6 weeks I found I was enjoying it so much that I wanted to continue.

The video clips Jen has done are easy to follow with lots of great tips. The monthly updates are brilliant and the support, encouragement and motivation you receive from Jen is excellent.

Jen is great at understanding that life sometimes gets in the way and you can’t always hit all your targets in a day or manage 3 workouts a week, but just doing your best is ok. I’m on my way to achieving my goals, slow and steadily.”

I never thought I would be enjoying gym sessions on a weekly basis like I am now! I have not only increased my capabilities in the gym with heavier weights, my fitness levels have improved massively and my confidence has also grown! My clothes do not now just fit, they’re all too big! It feels absolutely fantastic to be incorporating fitness in to my lifestyle now. Before I started with Jen I didn’t look forward to exercise or even think about it & certainly never thought I would be able to train twice weekly. I have been training with this wonderful lady for 4yrs, before starting with Jen I would try joining a gym but just wouldn’t stick to it, my confidence with training was a big fat zero, I didn't understand the equipment, or the exercises, to tell the truth I wasn't even sure what muscle were what!

It's a different story now. Jen is so patient and understanding she doesn't judge you, she inspires you, she educates you. I'm the strongest I have ever been not just in my body but in my mind.

I just want to share and celebrate my journey so far with Jen and Embrace Fitness.  When I signed up with Jen I felt that I was at a time of my life that if I didn’t get a grip of fitness soon I would only be a downward slope - approaching menopause, weight creeping up over the years and a general lack of self-care.

Jen takes a holistic approach to your fitness journey and it was just what I needed, she genuinely listens to what you want to get out of the process and tailors your training to achieve it.  I’ve learnt so much about nutrition and how to build a strong and healthy body.

There are times when I was struggling emotionally but the encouragement that I received from Jen was as valuable as the physical coaching. With Jen’s compassion, patience and understanding I have not only become physically stronger and lost almost 2 stone, I can honestly say I’m proud of my transformation.

This for me is a journey and I’m loving the process, more than I ever imagined.  I never thought that I would be the sort of person to enjoy lifting weights, and I love it!  To anyone thinking of starting their own fitness journey with Jen, it can seem daunting to take that first step but it is something that you will never regret.  It's a genuine investment in your future self.
